This company really saved me and my husband last week! We went out shopping and my husband had picked up the keys (so I had thought, anyway!) When we got home he realised that he forgot his keys! After the panic had passed, we looked for a locksmith on my phone. We didn’t have much money to spend so was looking for quick a low cost service and luckily found Ollie. When calling him, he gave us a time that he would arrive and actually got there earlier! The job was done in a matter of minutes and he stuck to the quote he gave us over the phone which was really low! I have heard over people paying extortionate prices for stuff like this, so I was pretty chuffed! I hope I am never in this situation again, but if I am, Ollie will be the guy I call! ~ Lisa B

My key got stuck in the front door so anyone could just walk in to my house! It was a Friday evening so thinking I’d have to barricade the door and stay awake all night, but Luckily for me, I found Ollie via Google search and he came within the hour. He was able to remove the stuck key and I slept soundly! I asked his advice on stopping the problem and he advised a new cylinder lock and gave me a good price to supply and fit it. He came back the next working day and fitted it and I now feel safe and secure. Job: 12/02/2025. I found Ollie by an internet search. He was top of list for Cheltenham area. I had a door that would not lock from the outside. On phoning, Ollie confirmed he could attend my property and gave me an approximate cost and a time at which he would arrive. Ollie arrived in the time frame, fixed the door with a new barrel lock and charged what he quoted, actually a little under. Ollie was professional, clearly knowledgeable and well worth booking. Just after New Years our front door lock broke, so i contacted Ollie who agreed to pop round later that day. As time was ticking on I was conscious he may have forgotten, but to his credit, he called me to say he was running 20 mins late. I was really impressed - unfortunately it's not that common to get a courtesy call from traders nowadays, so immediately I felt we might have a good guy. When Ollie arrived he was extremely personable and it's clear hes a friendly chap. We got talking whilst he fixed our lock and he explained to me what the issue was all the while. Ollie was fantastic. I called having baracaded myself out of a utility room with a fallen clothes airer and luckily the room had an external door to break in through! However Ollie tried his absolute best to try a few ways of getting in through both the doors before reluctantly accepting it was going to be a new lock and handle! We just moved in Cheltenham about a month ago and unfortunately for us, our experience doesn't start very well as someone broke into the house in the middle ! Luckily, no real damage but the locks had to be changed right away ! I found Ollie's Lock & Safe phone number on the yellow pages. Despite calling late at night, Ollie came and helped us. Our kitchen door wouldn’t lock so called Ollie to ask when he could come around to resolve the issue. Not only did he fix the kitchen door he stayed to look at the front door which he felt wasn’t closing properly to resolve this as well. I found myself asking Ollie if he was happy with everything because his standards were higher than mine. He spent time trying to resolve the squeaky kitchen door when I didn’t care. Annoyingly locked myself out as the door shut behind me. I quickly googled local locksmiths and Ollie was out to me within no time at all to help save the day! We have just moved house and are in the process of renovating it. Ollie initially came to help unlock an old patio door (from the 80s) which didn’t have a key. He managed to fix the door really quickly. He then helped us to fix the back door and side door (one didn’t shut properly the other wouldn’t open) and then fitted new locks on all exterior doors to improve security. I needed a lock changing on my french doors. The lock was an unusual size. Olllie responded quickly, came and assessed the situation. He said leave it with him, within a few working days he had sourced a different lock, but came fitted it and it’s all now sorted. It was one of those jobs I thought would be easy, but escalated. Ollie came out on a Sunday and sorted the urgent problem out straight away. On top of this he then also fixed a separate problem with another door which wasn’t as urgent but he really wanted to help.
