My key got stuck in the front door so anyone could just walk in to my house! It was a Friday evening so thinking I’d have to barricade the door and stay awake all night, but Luckily for me, I found Ollie via Google search and he came within the hour. He was able to remove the stuck key and I slept soundly! I asked his advice on stopping the problem and he advised a new cylinder lock and gave me a good price to supply and fit it. He came back the next working day and fitted it and I now feel safe and secure. Service and knowledge are rare these days but Ollie has both in spades, I will be recommending him to everyone!!! ~ Vanessa B
This company really saved me and my husband last week! We went out shopping and my husband had picked up the keys (so I had thought, anyway!) When we got home he realised that he forgot his keys! After the panic had passed, we looked for a locksmith on my phone. We didn’t have much money to spend so was looking for quick a low cost service and luckily found Ollie. When calling him, he gave us a time that he would arrive and actually got there earlier! The job was done in a matter of minutes and he stuck to the quote he gave us over the phone which was really low! I have heard over people paying extortionate prices for stuff like this, so I was pretty chuffed! I hope I am never in this situation again, but if I am, Ollie will be the guy I call! ~ Lisa B
Job: 12/02/2025. I found Ollie by an internet search. He was top of list for Cheltenham area. I had a door that would not lock from the outside. On phoning, Ollie confirmed he could attend my property and gave me an approximate cost and a time at which he would arrive. Ollie arrived in the time frame, fixed the door with a new barrel lock and charged what he quoted, actually a little under. Ollie was professional, clearly knowledgeable and well worth booking. I have worked in the Health and Safety sector for 25 years and worked with many contractors. I can say without doubt, Ollie is one of the very good ones. ~ Peter H
