My key got stuck in the front door so anyone could just walk in to my house! It was a Friday evening so thinking I’d have to barricade the door and stay awake all night, but Luckily for me, I found Ollie via Google search and he came within the hour. He was able to remove the stuck key and I slept soundly! I asked his advice on stopping the problem and he advised a new cylinder lock and gave me a good price to supply and fit it. He came back the next working day and fitted it and I now feel safe and secure. This company really saved me and my husband last week! We went out shopping and my husband had picked up the keys (so I had thought, anyway!) When we got home he realised that he forgot his keys! After the panic had passed, we looked for a locksmith on my phone. We didn’t have much money to spend so was looking for quick a low cost service and luckily found Ollie. When calling him, he gave us a time that he would arrive and actually got there earlier! The job was done in a matter of minutes and he stuck to the quote he gave us over the phone which was really low!
