Just after New Years our front door lock broke, so i contacted Ollie who agreed to pop round later that day. As time was ticking on I was conscious he may have forgotten, but to his credit, he called me to say he was running 20 mins late. I was really impressed - unfortunately it's not that common to get a courtesy call from traders nowadays, so immediately I felt we might have a good guy. When Ollie arrived he was extremely personable and it's clear hes a friendly chap. We got talking whilst he fixed our lock and he explained to me what the issue was all the while. This company really saved me and my husband last week! We went out shopping and my husband had picked up the keys (so I had thought, anyway!) When we got home he realised that he forgot his keys! After the panic had passed, we looked for a locksmith on my phone. We didn’t have much money to spend so was looking for quick a low cost service and luckily found Ollie. When calling him, he gave us a time that he would arrive and actually got there earlier! The job was done in a matter of minutes and he stuck to the quote he gave us over the phone which was really low! I have heard over people paying extortionate prices for stuff like this, so I was pretty chuffed! I hope I am never in this situation again, but if I am, Ollie will be the guy I call! ~ Lisa B
Job: 12/02/2025. I found Ollie by an internet search. He was top of list for Cheltenham area. I had a door that would not lock from the outside. On phoning, Ollie confirmed he could attend my property and gave me an approximate cost and a time at which he would arrive. Ollie arrived in the time frame, fixed the door with a new barrel lock and charged what he quoted, actually a little under. Ollie was professional, clearly knowledgeable and well worth booking. I have worked in the Health and Safety sector for 25 years and worked with many contractors. I can say without doubt, Ollie is one of the very good ones. ~ Peter H
